Just to let you know that we will be moving from California to Oregon soon. We purchased land in February in hopes of building a house on it in 2-3 years. But first, we will be living in this little house for the next few years in hopes of building equity so that we can use the money from this house for our constrution.
The land is 5 acres. Our little house 6 miles away from the land is a little over a 1/3rd of an acre. Ann is excited at fixing up our little house. I'll be less than enthused about doing what she asks me to do!

Second pic is the view across the street from our frontage if we were looking outside a window (this is what Ann wants to see when we build our house).
